Terms
Terms of use
Plain terms for a site that does not transact. Nothing here creates a booking — that happens in a written quote you accept, and the terms in it govern.
What this site is
StadiumTickets displays private suites at sports venues and lets you send an enquiry about them. It is not a marketplace and it does not process transactions. Nothing you do on this site creates a booking, reserves a suite, or obliges either of us to anything.
Prices shown on the site
Prices displayed on suite and listing pages are indicative starting prices intended for budgeting. They are not offers and they are not held. The binding number is the one in the written quote your specialist sends after confirming availability for your date, and that quote states what it includes.
- Availability shown on the site reflects the listings we hold and can change without notice.
- Fees and taxes are set by the venue and the jurisdiction, and are itemised in your quote.
- Images are representative of the suite category and may not be the exact room.
Bookings
A booking exists once you have accepted a written quote and the required deposit has been received. The terms of that booking — payment schedule, cancellation, transfer and what happens if an event is postponed — are set out in the confirmation you receive, and those terms govern the booking rather than anything on this page.
Suite bookings are generally non-refundable once confirmed. Guest names can usually be changed up to the event; the date and the suite cannot.
Venue rules
Every venue sets its own conditions of entry, and they apply to you and your guests: bag policies, prohibited items, the rule against bringing in outside food and alcohol, capacity limits that cannot be exceeded, and the venue's right to refuse entry or remove someone. We will tell you what the relevant rules are for your booking, but we do not set them and cannot waive them.
Content on this site
The guides and pricing information published here are general and offered in good faith. They describe what we typically see; they are not advice about your specific circumstances, and they are certainly not tax, legal or compliance advice. Where a guide touches on the deductibility of entertainment or on hospitality policies, treat it as a prompt to ask your own finance and compliance teams, not as an answer.
