Stadium suites for corporate events
A private suite is the most reliable corporate event venue at a stadium, because it is the only one where a conversation survives the crowd. You get a room for 12 to 24 guests, catering ordered in advance, parking, a private entrance and an attendant — and the event runs itself, which is not true of most things you can book for the same money.
Who this is for
Sales and marketing teams, founders hosting investors, firms running client hospitality
Typical party size
12 to 24 guests
What matters most
The room has to be quiet enough to talk
This is the whole reason to choose a suite over club seats. Glass-fronted suites let you hear the building without shouting over it.
Catering has to arrive before your guests do
Most guests come straight from work. Food out at doors, not at half-time, changes the entire tone of the evening.
The spend has to be defensible
Cost per qualified conversation is the number that makes this work internally. A full suite is a far better line item than a half-empty one.
The invoice cannot surprise anyone
A bar package instead of consumption billing turns the most volatile line item into a known one.
Choosing the right game
The instinct is to book the biggest fixture on the calendar. For a corporate event that is usually the wrong call: a marquee game costs roughly double and produces less conversation, because everyone is watching. A midweek game against an ordinary opponent is better hospitality for half the money.
- Pick a date your guests can reach without a hotel, unless the trip is the point.
- Weeknight events with a 7pm start suit most corporate calendars better than weekend afternoons.
- In the NBA, NHL and MLB there are enough home dates that you can optimise for the calendar rather than the fixture.
- In the NFL, with nine home games, the fixture chooses you — book early or take what is left.
What is arranged for you
- The suite and every seat in it, held in your company's name.
- Catering ordered against your headcount, with dietary requirements handled in advance.
- Parking passes and directions to the premium entrance to forward to your guests.
- A single point of contact who has your event in writing and answers before the day.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a corporate suite cost for one game?
Typically $15,000 to $45,000 for an NFL suite and $8,000 to $30,000 for an NBA suite, covering the whole room and every ticket in it. Catering adds roughly $85 to $130 per person.
Can we brand the suite for our company?
Usually yes, at a modest level — a welcome message on the suite's screens, printed menus, name cards. Extensive branding is possible at some venues and prohibited at others. Ask early; it is easier to arrange at booking than in the final week.
Can we invoice this rather than pay by card?
Yes. Corporate bookings are handled by invoice against a purchase order as a matter of course. Your specialist will collect the billing details you need on the paperwork.
