About StadiumTickets
What is StadiumTickets?
StadiumTickets is a private suite booking service for NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL games. You browse suites by venue or team, tell us the date and the size of your group, and a suite specialist comes back with real availability and a firm quote — usually within two hours during business hours.
Can I book a suite directly on the site?
No, and that is deliberate. Suite availability and pricing move constantly, and a checkout button would be selling you something we cannot guarantee at the moment you click it. Every booking goes through a specialist who confirms the suite is genuinely available on your date before you commit to anything.
Do I need an account?
No. There are no accounts, no passwords and no saved payment details on this site. An enquiry needs your name, an email address and a phone number, and that is the whole of it.
Is enquiring free?
Yes, entirely, and it carries no obligation. You will not be asked for payment details until you have accepted a written quote for a specific suite on a specific date.
Are the prices on the site the price I will pay?
The prices shown are indicative starting prices for the suite, meant for budgeting. The real number comes from your specialist and depends on the date, the fixture and what you want included. We would rather show you an honest range than a precise figure that turns out to be wrong.

Cost
How much does a stadium suite cost?
For the whole suite: roughly $15,000 to $45,000 for an NFL game, $8,000 to $30,000 for the NBA, $7,000 to $25,000 for the NHL and $4,000 to $20,000 for MLB. Suites hold 12 to 24 guests, so per-head figures typically land between $400 and $2,200 before catering.
Is the price per person or for the whole suite?
For the whole suite, including every ticket in it. Bringing 12 guests to a 20-person suite costs nearly the same as bringing 20, which is why filling the room matters so much to the per-head economics.
What is not included in the suite price?
Catering and alcohol are the main ones, along with fees and taxes of roughly 8% to 20%. Some quotes include a catering credit and some do not — always ask for its dollar value, because it is the biggest reason two quotes for the same game look different.
How much should I budget for catering?
$85 to $130 per person buys a substantial spread at most venues. Lighter service runs $45 to $75, and premium chef-attended menus run $150 to $250. A bar package adds $55 to $140 per person on top.
What is the cheapest way to get a suite?
A midweek game early in the season against an opponent without a national following, in a corner or upper-tier suite, booked with a flexible date window. That combination frequently costs half of the same room on a marquee weekend date.
How an enquiry becomes a confirmed suite.
Booking
How does booking work?
Four steps. You send an enquiry with your date, headcount and budget. A specialist checks live availability and sends a written quote, typically within two hours. You choose a suite and confirm it with a deposit. Then, one to two weeks before the event, you place the catering and parking order.
How far in advance should I book?
Six to twelve weeks for a standard game, and three to six months for NFL primetime fixtures, rivalries or opening weekend. NBA, NHL and MLB games are usually comfortable at three to eight weeks. Playoffs should be enquired about as soon as the fixture is set.
Can I still get a suite at short notice?
Often, yes. Season lessees release dates back through the year as plans change, so a suite can become available ten days before a game that looked sold out two months earlier. You lose the ability to be choosy, not the ability to book.
How do I pay?
Directly with your specialist after you have accepted a quote — by card, bank transfer or invoice against a purchase order for corporate bookings. There is no checkout on this site and no card details are stored here.
Can I cancel a suite booking?
Suite bookings are generally non-refundable once confirmed, in line with premium hospitality across the industry. Guest names can usually be changed right up to the event — it is the date you have bought, not the guest list.
What happens if the game is postponed?
The suite moves with the fixture and your specialist handles the rearrangement. You do not need to rebook.
What the experience is actually like.
On the day
What time should we arrive?
Sixty to ninety minutes before the event starts. Suites open well before doors for the general bowl, the food is freshest then, and that pre-event hour is when conversation actually happens.
How do we get into the venue?
Through the premium or suite entrance, which is a different door to the main gates and a much shorter queue. Your specialist sends the details in advance — forward them to every guest, because the ones who default to the main gate will lose twenty minutes.
What should we wear?
Smart-casual is the safe default and team colours are welcome in almost every suite. Full business dress is only expected if a corporate host has said so.
Can we bring our own food or drink?
No. Every major venue requires all food and alcohol to come from its own hospitality operation, for licensing and food-safety reasons. Dietary requirements are handled through that operation instead, and they accommodate them well when given notice.
Is tipping expected?
Customarily 15% to 20% of the food and beverage total, unless a service charge has already been applied — many venues add one automatically, so check the bill first.
Can we leave the suite during the event?
Freely. Your credential gets you back in, and suite guests routinely walk the concourse or visit the club level.
Are children allowed in suites?
Yes, and a suite is one of the best ways to bring young children to a live event — space to move, a restroom nearby, food on hand and somewhere quieter to retreat. Children count against the suite's capacity.
Are suites wheelchair accessible?
Suite levels are accessible at every major venue, and accessible seating within the suite is available. Tell us the requirement when you enquire rather than after booking — it determines which suites are suitable and is far easier to solve early.
What happens to the information you send us.
Your details
What do you do with my contact details?
They go to the suite specialist handling your enquiry so they can quote and follow up. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the people working on your booking.
Will I get marketing emails?
Only about the enquiry you sent, unless you ask us for more. A quote is not a subscription.
How do I get my details deleted?
Reply to any message from your specialist, or email us, and we will remove your record. If you have an enquiry reference to hand it makes it instant.
Tell us what you need
Send the date, your headcount and your budget. A suite specialist checks live availability and comes back with a real quote, usually within two hours. No account, no card, no obligation.
