Group outings and team nights
The hard part of taking a group to a game is not the tickets, it is everything else: twenty separate arrivals, scattered seats, people queueing for food at different times, and nobody actually spending the evening together. A suite collapses all of that into one booking, one catering order and one room, which is why groups that try it once rarely go back to blocks of seats.
Who this is for
Team leads, office social committees, clubs and societies, family groups
Typical party size
16 to 24 guests
What matters most
One booking, one invoice
No collecting money for twenty tickets, no seat-map negotiation, no one person carrying the admin.
Everyone in one place
Blocks of seats scatter a group across rows. A suite keeps them in a room where they mix.
Food handled in advance
Nobody spends the second quarter in a concession queue, and nobody is out of pocket.
It works for people who do not follow the sport
Which, in any group of twenty, is more of them than you expect.
What it costs per head
The suite price is fixed regardless of how many people you bring, so the per-head figure is entirely a function of filling the room. A $14,000 midweek NBA suite is $875 a head across 16 people and $583 across 24. That is the single biggest lever you control.
- Pick a midweek game in the NBA, NHL or MLB and the suite cost roughly halves against a weekend marquee fixture.
- Confirm your real headcount before you choose the room, not after.
- Order food for everyone and drinks for around 70% of the group — that is where most groups over-spend.
- Fees and taxes add roughly 8% to 20%; build them in from the start.
Frequently asked questions
What is the biggest group a suite can hold?
Most suites hold 12 to 24. Party suites and event-level spaces at some venues take 30 to 60 or more, and they are priced and sold separately. Tell us your headcount and we will only show you rooms that genuinely fit it.
Can we split the cost between the group?
The booking is a single transaction on our side, so one person or company pays and settles internally however they like. There is no per-guest checkout.
What if our numbers change?
Guest names are flexible right up to the event and headcount changes are normal — what matters is that the total stays within the suite's capacity, which is a hard limit. Catering quantities can usually be adjusted until the ordering deadline.
